This page is maintained by SkillSphere Hub to explain how we handle information on our Pi-powered learning platform.
Information we collect
- Pi identity — your Pi user ID (uid) and username received from the official Pi SDK when you sign in.
- Profile — display name, avatar, and any preferences you set.
- Learning activity — enrollments, lesson progress, reviews, and certificates you earn.
- Payments — Pi payment identifiers, transaction IDs, verification status, and the network environment (Testnet or Mainnet) each payment ran on.
- Support messages — any tickets you submit and the replies from our team.
How we use it
To operate the platform, personalize your learning, verify Pi payments against the Pi Platform API, issue certificates, and improve our courses. We do not use your information for advertising.
Pi Network integration
Payments are processed through the official Pi SDK. SkillSphere Hub never asks for your Pi passphrase or private keys. Transaction IDs (txids) are stored so admins and auditors can verify payment status on the Pi network. Runs performed in a developer fallback mode are clearly flagged in our internal records and never treated as real Pi transactions.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with the service providers that operate the platform (hosting, database, and the Pi Platform API for payment verification).
Retention
We retain your learning activity as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained for the period required for accounting and audit. You may request deletion at any time; certain records may be retained where the law requires it.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data through the Contact page. Signed-in users can update their profile in Dashboard → Profile.
Security
Access to your data is protected by row-level authorization on our database. Server-side actions verify your identity through Pi and our authentication layer before granting access.
