We want you to be happy with your learning. This policy explains when a refund is available and how it is processed on the Pi network.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment.
- Less than 20% of the course must be completed at the time of request.
- Certificates already issued are not eligible for refund.
- Payments made in developer fallback mode (not real Pi transactions) cannot be refunded — no Pi ever changed hands.
How refunds work
Once approved, the equivalent Pi amount is returned to the wallet used at purchase through the official Pi payment flow. Refunds are processed on the same Pi network environment (Testnet or Mainnet) as the original transaction. Processing time depends on Pi network confirmation.
